Professional Wrap-up
Each day is split into a morning lecture to build foundational knowledge and an afternoon practical to apply it immediately, ensuring deep, hands-on learning.
Students embody the three core Scrum accountabilities in their practical exercises, learning through direct experience.
The "What" - Defines the project vision and prioritizes work to maximize value.
The "How" - Facilitates the process, removes impediments, and coaches the team.
The "Do" - A self-managing, cross-functional group that delivers the work.
A core component of the course is the daily team shuffle. While the 10 project scenarios remain constant, the student groups are re-formed each day. This unique structure teaches rapid adaptation, knowledge transfer, and immediate collaboration—critical skills in any modern workplace.
A new team forms and reviews the prior day's work for their assigned scenario.
The team applies the day's lecture concepts to solve a new, specific problem for their project.
The team documents their progress and presents their findings, preparing for the next day's team.
Grades are based on active engagement, practical application of concepts in homework, and a final review synthesizing the course material.
